Our tasty Black Chana Curry, eaten along with rice, is a very nutritious dish. Tempered with curry leaves and black mustard, this curry gives a taste of paradise with crunchy chanas.
Black chickpeas also called Kala Chana or Bengal Gram, look a lot like regular chickpeas only they’re smaller and darker. Dark brown when dried, Kala Chana lighten up when cooked. Kala chana is a heartier than white chickpeas and not quite as creamy.
